Poly Labs develops, molds, and manufactures PICVC military headset ear cushions for advanced military communications applications. For several years, we partnered with and supported BOSE in the manufacture of PICVC ear cushions. As of 2022, we acquired an IP license and the production rights to these assemblies, which we initially developed and manufactured exclusively for BOSE. Through this partnership, we developed the most advanced, comfortable, and ergonomic design features for these proprietary dual-seal military ear cushions.

As we build on the advanced, proprietary material formulations and molds for the PICVC ear cushions, we look forward to developing the next generation of military headset ear cushions and other foam components.
The existing designs include a dual seal foam made from PU/TPU materials. This uniquely provides a rugged durability while offering the utmost comfort, even on long missions. As we partner with leading headset OEMs on new ear cushion designs, we continue to experiment, test, and enhance our specialized sound attenuating PU foam found in these components. Poly Labs foam systems are engineered, formulated, molded, and tested for exceptional sound and communications properties, designed to fit securely under combat helmets.
