Poly Labs molds polyurethane ladder bumpers for one of our industrial partners, H.F. Staples. Over the course of our 20+ year partnership, we’ve continued to supply our partner with advanced microcellular polyurethane foam. Ladder bumpers prevent slipping and damage to support structures, such as vinyl siding, glass and wood.

Production & Construction: Job Safety & Protection
Many construction sites require protective headgear, hard-hats and other safety products specific to the task-at-hand. The team at Poly Labs has a rich history of developing helmet liners for workers of various trades and applications.
Application example: On factory floors at manufacturing plants, automated industrial robots work in tandem with production workers. Robots are programmed for speed, accuracy, acceleration, repeatability and efficiency. In general, most automated industrial robots are calibrated to move across certain degrees of freedom. As the robots work in unison with production workers, it is imperative to keep workers protected. The Poly Labs team developed a special medium-density foam polyurethane pad with in-mold coating for mounting onto production robots. This product helped people working in tandem with robots to prevent injury in the event of collisions.
Lastly, the designs of our rugged polyurethane footwear outsoles are ideal for construction and production floors where conditions require the most rugged, resilient and dependable footwear.
