Poly Labs manufactures several molded polyurethane foam components for sound applications, including military headset ear cushions. For decades, Poly Labs developed, poured, and molded these advanced components exclusively for Bose Corporation’s military division. Recently, we acquired the IP license and manufacturing rights to the ear cushions developed for many of Bose’s legacy military headsets. This includes the military headset ear cushions found in the PICVC (combat vehicle), LEON (T-5), and TICH (TTHS-2) headset systems, among others.
