Poly Labs legacy as a polyurethane footwear components manufacturer dates back to our origins of building shoe lasts, midsoles, outsoles and insoles. Our poured polyurethane (PU) materials and molded formulations are utilized in various footwear products. We offer limitless options: static dissipating and anti-slip, color options, and more.
We will manufacture an outsole, insole, midsole or custom footwear component specifically for your application. We will then formulate materials and polyurethane molds depending upon your desired mechanical properties (i.e. resistance, weight and durability). Contact us today to discuss your shoe-making and shoe-crafting needs.

Our History with Polyurethane Footwear Components
Prior to contributing to other markets (industrial, medical, impact protection), the Poly Labs heritage stems from shoe-crafting and shoe component manufacturing over a century ago. Since that time, we’ve applied our footwear-derived expertise in polyurethane (PU) and other industrial synthetics, then implemented our knowledge into a wider array of markets requiring small-pour polyurethane solutions.
Today, we work with large-scale international and small scale independent footwear brands to deliver insoles, midsoles, outsoles and custom components specific to customers needs.
