Footwear

Poly Labs manufactures polyurethane (PU) insoles, outsoles, midsoles, over-the-shoe accessories and more. Poly Labs legacy dates back 100 years in the shoe manufacturing industry. Our Lewiston, Maine, USA facility contributes to Maine’s renowned history in shoemaking. We work with large international and small-scale independent footwear brands to establish products specific to customers needs.

Medical & Therapy

Poly Labs manufactures a range of PU Foam products specific to medical, dental, physical therapy and ergonomic markets. We manufacture material transparent cushions for MRI scanning, support cushions for surgeries, leg brace soles and more.
