Injection Molded TPU, TPE and TPR
Poly Labs manufactures injection molded thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and thermoplastic rubber (TPR) products. Our injection molding of TPU, TPE and TPR products reach a range of clients in various markets. These three polymers serve applications from footwear, to industrial products, to children’s toys and beyond.
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) is an injection molded thermoplastic polymer. TPU offers excellent mechanical properties. The properties of TPU include: high elasticity, abrasion, tear resistance and overall durability. We offer two types of thermoplastic polyurethane: solid and expanded.
Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE)
Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) is an injection molded thermoplastic polymer. TPE provides outstanding slip resistance, tear properties and overall durability. Poly Labs manufactures an extensive collection of TPE products, including thermoplastic elastomer overshoes with steel inserts, designed specifically for traction control on ice and snow.
Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR)
Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) has similar properties to traditional rubber. TPR is flexible and offers great abrasion, tear, slip and water resistance qualities. One distinguishable characteristic is TPR is lighter than traditional rubber. Poly Labs thermoplastic rubber is latex-free and can be custom formulated to fit specific applications.

Injection Molded Polyurethane & Low Durometer Thermoplastics
We produce self-skinning, flexible, viscoelastic polyurethane foam products and injection molded thermoplastic rubber (TPR), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and thermoplastic urethane (TPU) products. Our Industrial team has deep, experience-based knowledge of partner product needs, from materials’ shock-absorbing properties or anti-static/static dissipation, to complex shapes molded around metal or plastic structural inserts.
Leveraging its 90+ year legacy Poly Labs has applied its US based footwear-derived expertise in polyurethane (PU) and other industrial polymerics to the manufacture of components and finished goods for industrial and consumer OEM partners.
